Indian Prime-Minister Nerandra Modi did a 3 day diplomatic visit to Canada from April 14 to 16. He is a very controversial figure: he is being celebrated for his successful economic measures in India, but also strongly criticized for his Hindu-nationalist politics and his involvement in the 2002 Gujarat massacre that targeted Muslims.
